KDCG TV’s Les Bons Temps Rouler Music TV Show is taped live at Buck and Johnny’s in Downtown Breaux Bridge every other Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm. Join us and be part of the show. Registration For Camellia Crossing Now Open

The 20th Annual Camellia Crossing is set for Wednesday, November 22nd. The event kicks off at 5:30 pm in the River Ranch Town Square. Registration for the event is now open. Participants are invited to register as teams or individuals. There will be a 1-mile walk and a 5K run. This year’s event is being dubbed the “Gleaux Run”. Participants are encouraged to wear and/or carry items that glow, flash, or blink. The idea is to light up the sky in support of Miles Perrett Cancer services.

The Cajun Road Runners are getting ready to run as fast as they can with the Lafayette Downtown 8k on Saturday, September 23. This is the race formally known as Big Pete’s 8k Classic. It has a new name. The route swirls through the historic streets of Downtown Lafayette with the start and finish at Parc Sans Souci. Participants will also have a chance to help the less fortunate. Lafayette Catholic Services will collecting shoes for those in need. A bin will be set up for shoe donations at Geaux Run on Friday, November 10 during packet pickup and also on race day.
