    Pop-up fever seems to have gripped Boston recently. One of the latest, IndiHen, an Indian fried chicken concept, comes from Framingham native Tarun Bangalore and his business partner, Micah Hetrick, from Pennsylvania. Matthew Hass/Indihen Bangalore and Hetrick met while attending the Culinary Institute of America in NYC. After graduating, Bangalore returned to Boston and got his first restaurant job at Toro, now solely owned by chef and restaurateur Ken Oringer.
