Looking to close out the first complete-game shutout in league history, Talons pitcher Georgina Corrick forced the final batter into routine fly-out into foul territory. The Talons had played stellar defense all day, but the final out wasn’t the best example. A day after Oklahoma lost its top quarterback recruit in the Class of 2026, it got a commitment from another one on Friday. Bowe Bentley, a four-star prospect by On3’s rankings, announced on social media that he’s committing to play for Oklahoma over LSU and others.
