Trump does not care about lives & limbs lost because of Israel. His insecurity stems from the fear of being unable to bully the Middle East, being unable to bully Muslims. Trump fears Iran’s Islamic identity more than Iran’s nuclear capacities.

Israel is single-handedly responsible for all bloodshed that is happening in the Middle East. And as expected Mr Trump only steps in to defend his ammunitions customer, not millions murdered by his friend. By threatening Iran, Trump is only justifying Iran’s defensive actions.
