Introduction There has been a surge in studies of mesonephric-like adenocarcinomas involving the endometrium and ovary in recent years [1]. Due to a lack of an association with mesonephric remnants, McFarland et al proposed the term mesonephric-like adenocarcinoma to separate them from mesonephric-type adenocarcinoma (MA) of the uterine cervix [2]. In 2020, this entity received its own ICD-O code (9111/3) [3].
