He couldn't afford to keep the lights on or water running, and the bank changed the locks on his College Park house in preparation for foreclosure. Even his dog left him because he couldn't afford to feed it. "He passed my house a few days later like he didn't know me. He looked the other way," Norris said.

By By TAYLOR COOPER [email protected] The Brunswick-Glynn Land Bank Authority voted on Tuesday to demolish the former Dunker Donuts building on Norwich Street to pave the way for a new development on the site. Demolition is expected to cost about $14,500, which will be added as a tax lien to the property, said land bank Administrative Director Taylor Ritz.
