The newly-renovated Doak Campbell Stadium will have many Seminole fans, who are excited about trying to erase the 2-10 record last year. The Seminoles want to change the narrative. It starts and ends with head football coach Mike Norvell, who made six coaching changes this offseason.

Cam Smith is the real deal. Florida State University has been devastated by the event that transpired on Thursday. All sporting events have been canceled for this weekend. There was a Gathering of Unity Virgil that was held on Friday, April 18th at 5 PM at the Unconquered Statue at Langford Green. Sometimes it is much more than sports. My heart goes out to all of those individuals impacted, as some of their lives will be changed forever.

I wish that Florida State football would acquire this pass catcher in the portal. Florida State football will likely be looking for another wide receiver to add to its rotation. The Seminoles likely learned their lesson from last year when they added Alabama's Malik Benson (who is now at Oregon) and LSU's Jalen Brown (who is still on the current roster), where neither had much production at their previous stops.

The Seminoles' fan base did not think it could get much worse than last year. It should be a vast improvement from that standpoint. Head football coach Mike Norvell made several sweeping changes, which included six coaching hires. Norvell used to emphasize the idea of continuity, but when the standard was not met at Florida State, he decided to go in a different direction.
