As we do every year, we thought you’d like to know a few things about the judges we’ve asked to choose the winners for this year’s annual Argus-Courier Scary Story Competition. In this case, we’ve found another appropriate combination of writerly acumen and horror story familiarity. Kary Hess and Daedalus Howell are the creative duo behind the cinematic collaborations “Pill Head” and “Werewolf Serenade” (now streaming on Amazon). That’s right, their new movie is about a werewolf.
