Vance Boelter, the man accused of shooting two Minnesota state legislators and their spouses early Saturday, lived in Oklahoma for at least five years. Vance Boelter and his wife, Jenny Boelter, owned a house in Muldrow from 2002-2007, according to Sequoyah County real estate records.
