The popular Middle Eastern eatery has recently joined Eastlake Terraces shopping center in Chula Vista, replacing a former Pizza Hut location. Set your alarm clocks because a new breakfast spot is headed to Vista soon. Brunch Point is expected to debut in Vista’s Palomar Park shopping center. Owner Brian Song tells What Now San Diego this is the debut location of Brunch Point but they look forward to expanding the concept in the future. Song and partners also own Hoorah Cafe & Bar in Rancho Bernardo.

Nibble Chocolate announced via social media that they have the keys in hand to their new factory space. A recent permit filing places the handcrafted chocolate company in its new digs in Pacific Beach. Established in 2013 by founders David and Sandra Mejia, Nibble Chocolate is handcrafted in small batches from single-origin organic cocoa beans.

Earlier this summer, Juice It Up! announced it signed a multi-unit development agreement with a Southern California-based group to grow the brand in San Diego. According to a recent permit filing, the juice chain will place its next storefront at the base of the Hanover residential tower on the edge of Downtown and Little Italy. Franchisee Joe Harry and his group HGW Capital LLC holds the exclusive rights to grow Juice It Up! in the San Diego market.

Sunny Grove Brewing announced today in its Instagram Stories that big news is coming soon. The Lemon Grove-based craft brewery has signed a lease, dated today, on its debut site. Last year,What Now San Diego reported that Sunny Grove Brewing would debut in a 2,100-square-foot space on Broadway. The site also came complete with an additional 2,100 square feet of outdoor patio space to offer guests.
