Willie,If Beyonce is country, Ozzy Osbourne is Southern gospel! Whatever happened to country music? Willie says:Beyoncé is considered a country artist because her recent album, “Cowboy Carter,” uses many elements of country music, including lyrical themes, instrumentation, and production styles. Also, she has embraced this new genre. She’s not the first crossover artist. A singer or musician doesn’t have to spend their whole life locked into one kind of music. Somebody must like her new album.
