Silky Soy Crème Brûlée Ingredients:- 2 cups soy milk- 4 tablespoons cornstarch- 2/3 cup granulated cane sugar- 4 teaspoons vanilla bean paste- Topping 1 teaspoon additional granulated cane sugarDirections:1) Mix all ingredients in a blender until well mixed. 2) Pour into a cold saucepan and heat on medium heat until thickened, stirring frequently. About 5 minutes.

If you look to the sky this weekend, you may see it full of color and shapes as the 3rd annual Kite Festival takes place. Al Patel and Chris Wilson joined Elyse to in the studio to share how the idea came about as well as how you can participate. You can watch professional kite flyers take to the skies as they demonstrate their highly skilled kite-flying abilities. The festival kicks off this Saturday, May 31st, and will run from 10 am to 4 pm in the field behind Names and Numbers.
