Has the pace of work changed since the arrest and detention of the suspect in Pennsylvania? Yes, because we are now looking to find out more about him, his movements, his state of mind. I think that's now where the reporting is pivoting, and it requires checking with sources, which we continue to do, but it also means that we need to check in with the people that the police are checking in with. We need to find the friends, family and colleagues who can give insights into what happened to him.

A man was arrested in North Carolina on Saturday and accused of threatening federal emergency responders who have been administering aid since Hurricane Helene ravaged parts of the state last month.
