According to recent reporting, the Department of Justice Antitrust Division’s new leadership wants prosecutors to be more aggressive when it comes to putting witnesses in the grand jury during criminal antitrust investigations. If implemented, it could change how companies and executives respond to antitrust investigations, including as potential leniency applicants.
