Palmer Trinity School hosted the 19th Florida Statewide Chinese Competition, organized by the Florida Chinese Teachers Association on Feb. 28 and Mar. 1. Over the course of the two days, the event welcomed 300 guests from 12 schools. This immersive event featured cultural displays, language and academic competitions, and engaging activities that celebrate Chinese heritage and promote cross-cultural understanding.

Internationally renowned organist and conductor James O’Donnell performed the Inaugural Concert of Palmer Trinity School’s new pipe organ at Trinity Chapel on Sunday, Mar. 9. The instrument, built by Casavant Frères of Quebec, Canada, was completed in November 2024 and is the only one of its kind in Southeast Florida. O’Donnell currently is a professor of organ at Yale University but previously served a 23-year tenure as organist and Master of the Choristers at Westminster Abbey.

Palmer Trinity School (PTS) student, Katerina “Kati” Morin (Class of 2026), has been announced as a 2025 YoungArts award winner in the Theater/Musical category. Morin is among 800 of the most accomplished young artists ages 15-18 or in grades 10-12 to be selected from some 11,000 applicants. YoungArts award winners are presented with a cash prize of $250.
