Mere hours after Election Day results were announced, a panel of opportunity zones (OZ) experts gathered Nov. 6 in Washington, D.C., at the Novogradac 2024 Fall Opportunity Zones Summit to discuss potential implications of the election results on OZs and to provide an overview of their OZ legislative and regulatory priorities heading into 2025 and beyond.
