1 cup butter or margarine, melted2 cups all-purpose flour1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar1/2 cup ground almonds 4 eggs2 cups sugar1/3 cup lime juice1/4 cup all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel1 to 2 drops green food coloring, optional1/2 cup sliced almondsConfectioners’ sugar In a mixing bowl, combine the first four ingredients; mix well. Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 13-15 minutes or just until edges are lightly browned.

The Best Teachers Again Highlight West Michigan Golf ShowSince the first West Michigan Golf Show (WMGS) in 1989, top rated golf teachers have been a popular feature of every show. In ’89, Hank Haney, teacher later for Tiger Woods, long drive champion Evan “Big Cat” Williams, and Master Professional Mike Hebron all gave standing room-only seminars.  This year the tradition continues on Feb.
