Tables 1 and 2 show the baseline characteristics of the respondents. The majority of children (78.62%) came from rural areas. This study comprised children from hilly regions, coastal locations, and plain zones. Most of the children (84.76%) were living in cement or wooden floor houses. A total of 37.37% of the total families had fewer than four family members. In this study, 46.98% were girls, and 53.02% were boys. A total of 79.29% of families with under-five children had fewer than three children.

AbstractDose-limiting toxicities remain a major barrier to drug development and therapy, revealing the limited predictive power of human genetics. Herein, we demonstrate the utility of a more comprehensive approach to studying drug toxicity through longitudinal study of the human gut microbiome during colorectal cancer (CRC) treatment ( NCT04054908) coupled to cell culture and mouse experiments.

Around half of deaths among children under 5 years of age are related to under-nutrition. The objective of this study is to determine the association between safely managed sanitation and childhood stunting among under-five-year-old children in Myanmar.
