SHEPHERDSVILLE – With a desire to make some upgrades to his 44 Auto property on Highway 44 East, Ronald Mulvaney had to make some changes. More importantly, hundreds of students looking to enroll in career-building trades are denied due to the lack of space. While the initial discussion has been to build a new area technology center, superintendent Dr. Jesse Bacon expressed an even bigger dream.
