Sunny day greetings dear Isabella, At last, I am able to get back to you. Rather hectic here, and, along with all else, I’ve just had a herniated disk in my neck repaired. All went well with the surgery and I’m healing according to plan…a bit hard to swallow however, but I’m getting there. (o:What is known as the Gurdjieff System (and those like it) is somewhat massive, Isabella, and much of it is not necessary for awakening, nor easily transferred to other people.
