AbstractWhile all native tRNAs undergo extensive post-transcriptional modifications as a mechanism to regulate gene expression, mapping these modifications remains challenging. The critical barrier is the difficulty of readthrough of modifications by reverse transcriptases (RTs). Here we use Induro—a new group-II intron-encoded RT—to map and quantify genome-wide tRNA modifications in Induro-tRNAseq.

AbstractSpectral Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) and Visual Evoked Potentials (VEPs) have both emerged as potentially useful biomarkers of cognitive decline in people with multiple sclerosis (PwMS). Their combined use may provide additional predictive value for identifying disease impact, progression, and remyelination capacity above-and-beyond what is captured using either approach alone. We examined the relationship between OCT/VEP measures and cognitive functioning in 205 PwMS.

AbstractEpisodic migraine is a common and disabling neurological disorder that is underdiagnosed and undertreated. Additional barriers are put in place for those who belong to an underserved population. This could be based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status. There has been a lot of interest in understanding the extent of these disparities, but studies for many of these groups are lacking.
