MSFT announced their Copilot + PC product line, now making it clear that AI is now fused into the entire hardware and software stack.

Another element to consider is the software architectural style; that is, how all the code is written, connected and managed. One approach is a 'monolithic' structure, where all code is created in a single, large chunk; there are pros/cons of this approach of course; but say, you wanted to breakup this structure into component 'services', that interact with each other.
