At least 13 people are dead after the roof of a train station in Serbia collapsed, during what the country's prime minister has described as a "black Friday". Authorities said a further three people were taken to hospital following the incident in Serbia's second-largest city, Novi Sad, but local media reported dozens were potentially injured. Communities in several regions of Spain are reeling from Tuesday's flooding, with authorities saying many more people are still unaccounted for.
