1. IntroductionRice black-streaked dwarf virus (RBSDV) is a plant virus characterized by its double-stranded RNA genome. It belongs to the family Reoviridae and falls under the genus Fijivirus. RBSDV is primarily known for its ability to infect various plants within the Gramineae family, such as rice, maize, barley, and wheat. This viral infection poses a considerable threat to agricultural crops in East Asia, resulting in substantial yield losses [1,2].
