But the proprietor of the popular spot, Adrian Wilson, found himself before the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Thursday, after he was charged by police officers for exposing goods for sale. "Oh, it's you!" said Senior Parish Judge Sanchia Burrell, recognising the man from the popular hot spot.

A Corporate Area man who has been incarcerated for almost two weeks was moved to tears on Thursday when he appeared in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court. So emotional was the defendant, Tiveon Stevenson, that even Senior Parish Judge Sanchia Burrell expressed sympathy. "I don't normally feel sorry for people you know, but somehow, you make me start feel like I must sorry for yuh," the senior judge said.

A Corporate Area woman's request to be compensated $1 million after her nude photos were posted online, was denied by Senior Parish Judge Sanchia Burrell on Wednesday. "I am not going to make a compensation order for $1 million. You will have to go elsewhere for that," the judge said. The dollar figure, according to prosecutors in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court, was for the woman's pain and suffering as a result of the photos.

Two residents of Denham Town, Kingston, are to attend mediation, after sharing in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court that they were involved in an altercation over the use of a clothes line. Details of the altercation were shared by one of the accused, Ladonna Braham, who is charged in a case and cross case with her neighbour Marlon James. Both accused are charged with unlawful wounding. "Him punch me in my face," Braham related. "Just so?" Senior Parish Judge Sanchia Burrell quizzed.
