Mon 2 June 2025 20:50, UK Stevie Nicks has already written beyond her fair share of classic songs. Combing through her back catalogue, it’s easy to see a picture whenever delving into Nicks’s masterpieces, like the woman talking about the fleeting nature of time on ‘Landslide’ or the touching tribute that she made to her family members on ‘Edge of Seventeen’. Then again, Nicks has always been reverent towards the talent that came before.

While some actors might have to fulfil roles in Hollywood for a quick paycheck, there are those rare performances that feel like a perfect marriage between the actor portraying the character and what the script demands out of them. Even though it’s impossible to choose between Al Pacino‘s laundry list of classic performances, one managed to slip through his fingers.

Even though plenty of artists have been able to write staggering lyrics that can resonate with anyone from any generation, a few numbers always have a timestamp on when they came out, either through dated production or the artist using vernacular indicative of the period. While most of Led Zeppelin’s catalogue falls into timeless rock music, Robert Plant thought one effort wasn’t his proudest performance.
