The Quail Hollow Club has become a since familiar sight to golf fans as it continues to host big events, from the PGA TOUR's Wells Fargo Championship to the 2017 PGA Championship, 2022 Presidents Cup and the upcoming 2025 PGA Championship. For the most part, Quail Hollow is very much in the mold of typical modern championship layouts: large in scale, broad-shouldered and long, with narrow fairways, plenty of water, greens that accommodate a good variety of hole locations and pearly white bunkers.
