    About now, I should be leaning over a bullpen railing in Dunedin, Fla., cold beer in hand and pasty legs on display, watching a Blue Jays pitcher pour fastballs into the mitt of a waiting catcher. I should be toasting another winter endured, raising a glass to another spring of hope and luxuriating in some desperately needed sunshine. That’s what I and a few longtime friends do every March. We’ve done it for years: bonds are strengthened, new stories are created and old ones are retold.
