[ワシントン １３日 ロイター] - 米財務省は１３日、イラン産原油の中国向け輸送に長年関わってきたとして、中国企業など２０社以上に制裁を発動した。イランを巡っては米国高官との間で４回目の核開発問題協議が数日前に終わったばかりだ。 米財務省によると、それら企業は、イラン軍参謀本部とそのダミー企業セペール・エナジーに代わって中国にイラン産原油を輸送するのを手助けした。輸送規模は原油数十億ドル相当と認定した。同省は２０２３年にセペールを制裁対象に指定済みだ。 新たに制裁対象としたＣＣＩＣシンガポールＰＴＥは、イラン産原油と知りながら他国産と偽装し、中国への輸送前に出荷前検査を実施。セペール社を支援したとしている。 また、中国のHuangdao Inspection and Certificationは、既に制裁対象となっている複数船舶への原油貨物検査事業でセペールを支援した。Qingdao Linkrich International Shipping Agencyはセペールの指定港湾代理店として、青島港への入港や荷揚げを支援した。...
