4k run last night on the treadmill and then tonight a quick 14k burn up to Hampton Court and then back through Bushey Park.

just got back from a burn round Richmond Park. I think I need a new bike - everyone was overtaking me. Or am I just a bad workman?

Returned from Sarajevo. Awesome city, so much to be done. But Hope and Homes for Children are doing their part, brilliantly so.

played tennis in the extreme heat. raced to 4-0 then heat hit me and capon's hangover cleared. clung on to win 6-3. running later.

Burn round Hampton Court and Bushy Park. Then disappointing run during which I spectacularly ran out of energy and had to limp home.

gutted about Ronaldo. mind you, £80m is not to be sniffed at. Pulled up in Philadelphia, next stop Wilmington, Delaware.

Did 4.8k last night on treadmill. felt quite good - view fro gym of 51st st pretty cool. Now on train to Washington on Acela Express. wicked

did 4.8k this AM. Felt quite good - cheered me up after freezing cojones off at Lord's last night watching mighty Holland beat Engerland.
