The International Monetary Fund says it is looking for “urgent reforms” from Senegal, according to a March 26 IMF statement. But the IMF has not yet said what those reforms would look like.

Concurring with the secret findings of a secret panel, Anderson said the UNEP transparency policy covers only “environmental information.”This could prevent disclosure of information about the workings of the agency itself.
