Warren Towers is undergoing its first-ever full renovation: a three-year, $550 million project that began in December. The Boston University women’s track team won the Patriot League Indoor Track & Field Championships Sunday, claiming the title for the first time since 2016. The men’s and women’s teams competed at the Wesley Brown Fieldhouse at the Naval Academy in Maryland this weekend. The women dominated over the two-day stretch, earning seven gold medals and breaking several school and meet records.

The Boston University men’s basketball team fell to the University of California Los AngelesMonday night with a final score of 71-40. Both teams came into the game looking to rebound from their respective losses last week. UCLA dropped out of the rankings from No. 22 after a 72-64 upset loss against the University of New Mexico. The Terriers (0-3) lost their first game of the West Coast road trip against the University of San Diego last Friday with a final score of 74-60.

The Boston University women’s basketball team fell to the University of Connecticut in their first away game of the year Thursday night with a final score of 86-32. Senior captain guard Alex Giannaros and sophomore guard Aoibhe Gormley led the Terriers (1-1) in scoring, with 13 and 7 points, respectively. But costly turnovers and UConn’s aggressive play resulted in a lopsided final score.
