Hui Chen is a former Justice Department prosecutor and cofounder of the ethics and compliance consulting firm CDE Advisors. Todd Haugh is an associate professor of business law and ethics at Indiana University and director of the Institute for Corporate Governance and Ethics. A federal court has rejected a plea agreement between the Justice Department and Boeing Co. over the latter's role in two fatal crashes of its 737 Max jetliners.
