The legacy of the Master of Suspense lives onPerhaps more than any other director in the history of cinema, Alfred Hitchcock was fascinated by identity. Many of his films revolve around a case of mistaken identity. This was played out in many of his classic films, from Saboteur to The Wrong Man and on to North by Northwest. In each case, our erstwhile hero has been accused of some villainous act and must fight his way through 120-odd minutes to clear his name.

Classic Hitchcock and new hits, all this week Netflix is adding just 11 new shows for the first week of June. That may seem like a light schedule, but that's coming on the heels of a massive 30 new titles on the first of the month. It's never advertised itself as the home of the classics. The Criterion Channel, it ain't. But they're taking a small step toward resolving that by adding six of Alfred Hitchcock's classic films to kick off the month.

I'd put Blitz at number 3 among the underratedIt may seem odd to say a guy who's been to the Pro Bowl is underrated. But in this case, it's true. He's not a player that Seattle Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald brought to Seattle. But calling him a Macdonald disciple certainly fits. Spoiler alert: No, we're not talking about Blitz. For those of you new to the team, the Seahawks head coach values versatility on defense even more than Pete Carroll did.

Netflix has got the Goodes this week. Well, one of them. Netflix adds more gripping thriller series, more true crime, comedy, and as always, a show for the kids. I'm not sure, but I believe those are all separate entries. Let's dive in and find out. You can always rely on Netflix for shows that will absolutely freak you out, amiright? For me, it's usually the bizarre kiddie shows. Yeah, I know that for some people, it's those behind-the-scenes investigations of some sordid true crime.
