The Chicago White Sox took a hit with shortstop prospect Colson Montgomery falling out of MLB Pipeline's Top 100, but they still have plenty of quality prospects in the organization according to the latest update. It is getting hard to watch these White Sox players continue fail at the plate and on the mound. Clearly, the Chicago White Sox are not a talented team. That is what happens when you are in the dog days of a rebuild and are cutting payroll despite coming off of a historic losing season. While it feels like the White Sox have been in more games this season, they have the same number of blowout defeats at this point in the season than they did last season.

The Athletic's Keith Law has the Chicago White Sox selecting high school shortstop JoJo Parker from Mississippi over Texas A&M slugger Jace LaViolette. Despite a historic losing season in 2024, the Chicago White Sox will not be picking first in this year's MLB Draft. They will not even be selecting in the first nine picks of the draft. Due to rules in the Collective Bargaining Agreement, the White Sox were ineligible for the MLB Draft Lottery and are now picking 10th overall.

I would like it very much if the Bucks could win a playoff series. Maybe even four playoff series.
What’s crazy, the Diamondbacks still have to hit in the 9th.
I don’t even like the Cubs but this one is entertaining with all the home runs being hit. Everyone is hitting home runs.
