DOWAGIAC — “Miracle on South Division Street” opens Nov. 1 and continues through Nov. 10 at Beckwith Theatre Company, 100 New York Ave. Written by Tom Dudzick, the play takes place amid the urban rubble of Buffalo, N.Y.’s East Side, where Clara happily runs her soup kitchen and tends to the family heirloom — a 20-foot shrine to the Blessed Mother. This neighborhood beacon of faith commemorates the miraculous Christmas Eve in 1942 when the Blessed Virgin Mary materialized in her father’s barbershop.
