ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Maryland is facing a budget crisis and Gov. Wes Moore has said the state is going to have to slash spending and increase revenue to fix it. In Annapolis Wednesday, Moore explained how he plans to cut $2 billion from the budget and said he’ll be hiking taxes on the state’s top earners. There will also be higher taxes on food delivery, sports betting and recreational marijuana.

1Chappell Roan in Y/ProjectIt's giving Lord of the Rings, maar wel op Chappells eigen, theatrale manier (ook omdat ze flink tekeer ging tegen een bijdehante fotograaf). We zien zachte en harde elementen en denken dat dat een verwijzing is naar haar ingewikkelde gevoelens over beroemdheid en haar publieke imago. Ze is exposed en kwetsbaar, maar ook gewapend (dat zwaard!) en gevaarlijk. Is het chic? Niet echt, maar het is wel heel erg Chappell.
