Tom Gibson

Tom serves as Cushman & Wakefield’s Managing Director of the Project & Development Services (PDS) business in Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, he leads the PDS team across 14 countries in the region and is responsible for the business strategy, development, governance framework and operational delivery across the region. Tom has over 18 years of project and construction management, business and commercial operations and project delivery experience across Asia Pacific and Africa.
