An antinomian is anyone who denies that God’s law is the standard or rule of conduct in the life of the believer. In this lesson, we will examine the biblical doctrine of calling or vocation. This doctrine relates to the places and situations where God has called us to work in this world. The Roman Catholic church teaches that only priests and holy orders like monks and nuns have vocations or callings in this world. But the Reformation insisted that all Christians have vocations before the Lord, which they should discharge faithfully. Look at 1 Corinthians 7:17.
