When the European Commission’s targeted consultation on the EU Securitization Regulation (EUSR) framework was released in October, a wave of euphoria swept the market. “This is it, this is the solution,” said Ian Bell, CEO of Prime Collateralised Services (PCS), upon the release of the consultation.
