Ivan Garzon, former frontman of renowned Southern California reggae band The Devastators, is out on his own with a track called “Right Time.” It’s got everything great reggae is made of- a solid riddim, a tight and layered arrangement, a positive message and vocals delivered just right. WASHINGTON — The 2024 National Champion Ohio State Buckeyes were honored Monday with the traditional visit to the White House. The Buckeyes’ day started with a trip to the Lincoln Memorial, followed by a tour of the east wing of the White House, a reception in the State Room, and finally, a ceremony on the South Lawn. You can find a video of that ceremony at the bottom of this post, along with a transcript of OSU head coach Ryan Day’s remarks.

A Swedish band called Colmeia harnesses the charging rhythms and chiming guitars of Congolese soukous with their song “The Best is Yet to Come.” If that title is true, I’d love to sample what else they have to offer, because what’s here is mighty good. What always put this into perspective for me is Ginn passing Doug Datish (no. 50) like he’s standing still.

Under Center Speed Option + Reverse Wish we had the GPS data for Ted Ginn Jr. 😂 https://t.co/X6MFfbtvv6
