San Antonio Spurs guard De'Aaron Fox has been playing through a dislocated left pinky finger. Fox has said that the injury will necessitate surgery. Now, there might be a timeline forming for when Fox will have that surgery. The veteran guard will meet with doctors in Los Angeles when the Spurs travel to play a makeup game against the Los Angeles Lakers on Marcy 17. Fox said that meeting will tell him how to move forward. "The surgery may or may not happen that day," Fox said.

Banks are reporting growing scrutiny of their operational resilience frameworks as a number of regulatory deadlines loom. In the latest round of Risk.net 's Operational Risk Benchmarking survey, five large banks said their primary regulator's focus on operational resilience had increased "significantly" during the preceding 12 months. Most commonly, say banks, this scrutiny has taken the form of enhanced reporting requirements, with two citing this as a supervisory tool of choice.
