The house prize of €100 winner was Julie Doherty, Cornboy and the 2 x €30 offline winners were StormForce, c/o Belderriand Elaine Garvin, Stonefield. The 2 x €30 online winners were Philomena Healy, London and Stephen Naughton, Glenamoy. The jackpot in the latest draw which was held on May 18, was €11,000 with the draw in Belderrig Community Centre.

For the month, there were 3,107 single-family home sales in Massachusetts, nearly even with April 2024, according to the monthly report issued by the Warren Group on Tuesday. The TY students from Our Lady’s Secondary School recently returned from their annual international trip to Barcelona. They enjoyed a guided tour of the city, a visit to the Barcelona Aquarium and a cruise around Barcelona’s Port. Students also enjoyed spending time at the beach, swimming pool and shopping and bowling in their spare time. They were lucky enough to visit the theme park ‘Portaventura’ for a day of adrenaline filled adventures in the sunshine.

ATTLEBORO -- The state's newest candidate for governor got a warm reception from the Republican City Committee Wednesday night as he slammed Democratic incumbent Maura Healey's performance on Beacon Hill. "I give her an F across the board," Brian Shortsleeve told the two dozen or so members of the GOP group gathered in the Attleboro Public Library's Community Room. He said the state needs someone with his business acumen and Marine training to turn its fortunes around.
