PENNSAUKEN — Familiarity breeds drama. Earlier this month — nine days earlier — Bishop Eustace beat neighboring Paul VI by a eight-goal comfortable margin. Fifth-seeded Lenape (6-15 record) will visit 4-seed Old Bridge in a South 4 quarterfinal next week. Despite the comfortable winning margin, Wallenhurst remained emotional long after the final whistle.

The Golden Eagles had to change the meaning — for all the best reasons. The rallying cry for the Seneca boys lacrosse team last year was 'play for coach' or as it still appears on the faceguards for selected players — 'P4C.' The coach was head coach Dane Reed who spent last season battling thyroid cancer. Reed missed one game despite surgery and radiation treatments. "It's little thing we've had since last year — Play for Coach," Seneca senior Jake Hasson said.
