Photo by Grant Halverson/NCAA Photos via Getty Images Good morning. Vanderbilt lacrosse opens the AAC Tournament today, where they’ll play top seed James Madison at 3:30 PM CT on ESPN+. (Yes, it is very weird that neither Vanderbilt nor James Madison is in the AAC for other sports. The AAC has seven teams in women’s lacrosse and only four of them are actually in the AAC for other sports.)Men’s golf heads to the Amherst Regional, which starts on May 12, as the 3-seed.

Vasha Hunt-Imagn Images Good morning. Vanderbilt baseball took the series against Georgia, winning 13-7 last night. The Commodores knocked four homers, including two from Brodie Johnston (who also homered on Thursday.) Vanderbilt will go for the sweep today at 2:00 PM CT on the SEC Network. Women’s tennis lost 4-2 to Auburn in the quarterfinals of the SEC Tournament. I assume they’re still good to make the NCAA Tournament. Both the NBA and NHL start the playoffs today. Have fun. All times Central.
