As I return from hibernation, I lament the worst NCAA Tournament I’ve ever seen, and I’m not just saying that because it’s been 10 days since Vanderbilt farted away a first-round game while I was stuck in a work meeting. Yeah, that happened. It’s not just that the Final Four is all 1-seeds, and the tournament has been stunningly devoid of upsets and Cinderella and everything else that makes the NCAA Tournament compelling.
