Founded as a family business in 1972, MPC grew to more than 1,500 employees, with multiple facilities in the U.S. and Mexico, and revenues in excess of $260 million. Austin, who’s background is in accounting, advanced along with the business, becoming part of the management team that led the company.

In this role, he oversees operations at its nearby New Baltimore, Mich., facility which features 39 injection molding machines, as well as the Danville, Ky., plant, with 21 presses.
