The 4 Nations Face-Off Tournament was held during the NHL’s annual period of holding the All-Star Game. Except this time around, they held a tournament featuring four national teams — Team USA, Canada, Sweden and Finland — with the best players from each of those countries.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb is motivated more than ever to win a Super Bowl next season. The Cowboys are coming off of a rough season, going 7-10 despite high expectations entering the 2024 season. Dallas entered the year with Super Bowl aspirations, especially coming off of big contract extensions signed by both Lamb ($136 million) and Dak Prescott ($240 million). Los Angeles Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh will be evaluating all positions at the NFL Combine except for one — quarterback. The Chargers already have their franchise quarterback in Justin Herbert, who is coming off of the most efficient season of his career. Herbert threw just three interceptions for a 0.6% interception rate in 2024 — the lowest rate in the NFL.

Carolina Panthers great Luke Kuechly believes we learned a lot about Bryce Young’s “makeup” and growth in his second season compared to his first. The No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft showed tremendous progress in his second season, taking fewer sacks — 62 compared to 29 — and showing a lot more poise and comfort. The growth clearly showed as Young went 4-8 as a starter, an improvement over the previous season in which he went 2-14.

Jerome Bettis believes his former team, the Pittsburgh Steelers, are a “victim of their own success.”The Steelers have been a winning franchise ever since Mike Tomlin took the helm in 2007.
