Kingston Police are asking for the public’s assistance to locate the person pictured above, a missing 15-year-old youth. According to police, 15-year-old Dominic was last seen on Tuesday, Apr. 15, 2025, in the area of Hotel Dieu Hospital in downtown Kingston. Police described the teen as being Caucasian, standing 5’11” (180 cm) and weighing 160 lbs (72.5 kg) with a slim build and medium-length curly, brown hair.

Kingston Police have released the above image, a still from video footage, and are asking for help from the public to locate the person pictured, 24-year-old Sebastian. According to police, Sebastian was last seen on the evening of Friday, Apr. 11, 2025, at around 6:40 p.m. in the area of Patrick and Joseph Streets. A second person has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of Jordan Greene, the victim in a homicide that occurred on Cassidy Street in August 2024, according to Kingston Police. Readers may recall that, in early August 2024, police requested public assistance to identify two suspects involved in that homicide, which involved bladed weapons. This was followed swiftly by those suspects being identified, and then the arrest of Keenan Gould on Monday, Aug. 5, 2025.

Kingston Police have released the above photo and are requesting public assistance to identify the person pictured, the suspect in a property crime that occurred in the downtown area. The incident occurred in late March when, sometime between 2 and 3 p.m. on Thursday, Mar. 27, 2025, the suspect was “observed attempting to gain access to a locked building,” Kingston Police said.
