MethodsThis was an observational cohort study with cross-sectional data collection. Institutional Review Board approval was obtained. Eligibility criteria included age ≥18 years and registration for the 2022 Boston Marathon. 10 volunteers with marathon experience tested the survey and provided pre-implementation feedback.
