INDIANAPOLIS β Two more measles cases have been confirmed in Indiana. The Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) said the patients, who both live in Allen County, have been identified as a child who is unvaccinated and an adult whose vaccination status is unknown. Fort Wayne is the capital of Allen County. According to health officials, the two people are recovering, and they are linked to the previous measles outbreak in Allen County in which six people were infected.

INDIANAPOLIS β Congratulations to an Indiana chef who claimed the top prize at a worldwide competition. Chef Collin Hilton, representing Indiana as the reigning World Noodle Champion and from Cunningham Restaurant Group, won the title of 2025 World Food Champion at the World Food Championships, taking home a grand prize of $150,000. Hilton overcame a field of 12 elite category champions in the final showdown, known as "The Final Table," at the world's largest food sport competition.

INDIANAPOLIS β The ACLU of Indiana on Friday filed a class action lawsuit to challenge Gov. Mike Braun's efforts to deny transgender Hoosiers to ability to update the gender markers on their birth certificates. On March 4, Braun signed Executive Order 25-36, which says there are only two genders β the male and female sexes.
